A program designed for children grades 5-6. Children learn the basic skills of volleyball (attacking, fore-arm passing, overhead passing, serving and blocking). Children will practice these skills through modified game play (Smashball). This is a fun and fast paced game-play variation that emphasizes attacking (hitting/spiking).
JUNIOR PROGRAM
A program designed for children grades 6-7; ages 11-13 that have already completed at least one session of Atomic Smashbal. In this program, children will continue to learn the basic skills of volleyball and transition to the triple ball format for game play.
